What's the difference with Matcha?
Genmaicha is often known as "popcorn tea" due to the grains of rice that pop during roasting. It has a nutty flavor from the roasted rice, which balances the grassy flavor of the green tea.
While Matcha is a powdered green tea made from shade-grown leaves that are whisked into a frothy beverage. It has a creamy texture.
