If you're a fan of Japan, then you'd probably know Ikuto Hongu, also well-known as Navito (@navito_halal). This non-Muslim content creator from Kobe, Japan, is on a mission to make Japan more Muslim-friendly, one content at a time.
And guess what?! On June 4th, 2024, the famous Navito became a part-time boss at JAPANeid: Osaka Souvenir Shop for Muslims!!
Exciting Moments with Navito
The event was a blast with many fans and customers flocking to the store to meet Navito, taking photos and shopping around as they interact with him.
Visitors joining the event even received exclusive Navito stickers to commemorate the day.
Seeing the excitement and joy on everyone's faces as they interacted with Navito while enjoying the festive atmosphere was heartwarming.
A Special Surprise for Navito
As the event was drawing to an end, we had a mini-surprise party in store to celebrate his milestone of reaching 1 million followers on Instagram!
It was a success as Navito was completely caught off guard.
We prepared a cake for the occasion (specially made to be free from animal-based ingredients and alcohol, ensuring it was completely safe for Muslims to enjoy) and shared it with the visitors.
